Salisbury Cathedral - The Magna Carta

You are allowed to take photos as long as you don't use a flash. Just 4 of the original Magna Cartas, written in 1215, survive today. One is at Lincoln Castle (owned by Lincoln Cathedral) and 2 are with the British Museum but this one is the best preserved. The Magna Carta has helped shape the constitutions of many countries including Australia. It is an ancient charter of liberties and the cornerstone of democracy.
